Outsourcing management hampered by 'mediocre' buyers
Companies are increasingly looking to outsourcing to weather the global economic storm, although many are being held back by ‘mediocre’ buying skills, a report has suggested.
EquaTerra’s Advisor and BPO/ITO Service Provider Pulse Survey 2008, found many buyers are struggling to develop quality outsourcing business cases when it comes to assessing potential value and possible savings.
