Extensive Industry Experience
Bill is Executive Director, Europe and Asia Pacific, with particular responsibility for HR Advisory services in the region, and he brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge to clients. Before joining the EquaTerra team, Bill was part of Fidelity's European HRO operation, HR Access, serving as head of global outsourcing.

EquaTerra is extraordinarily well placed to help resolve these challenges.”
Prior to Fidelity, Bill spent 15 years with the Ceridian Corporation, rising to president of multinational services. In that role, he launched outsourced operations in more than 40 countries, built multilingual service centers in the UK and U.S., and grew the company’s offshore operations in Mauritius from a startup unit serving the UK to a 300+ staff operation servicing Europe and North America. He led many significant client relationships, closed seven acquisitions for Ceridian and negotiated multiple channel relationships.
Based in London, Bill lives near Cambridge with his wife and two children.
