- design, develop and deliver workable and sustainable solutions using your ITO or BPO experience of sourcing and outsourcing in client and/or vendor modus operandi
- understand and use, structured consultancy processes, methodologies and devices whilst also being able to remain flexible and open-minded to ensure the clients’ true requirements are understood and their goals and objectives are achieved
- excellent problem-solving capability, drawing upon past experience whilst always looking to be creative and innovative in the solutions you put forward
- able to quickly and sensitively capture and understand customer requirements, and deliver ‘best in class’ advice and guidance in an open, transparent and ethical manner
- communicate effectively with people at all levels from senior management to operational delivery, using both excellent written and oral presentation skills
- be commercially focused with good business acumen and understanding of contracts and commercial constructs for both project and service delivery
